Officer Structure
Officers are now in four spheres of focus: Logistics, Content, Events/RP, and Community. Each sphere is headed by a Consul. Each Consul has a team of officers to work with them.
Community Sphere
Leading Consul - Suriah
Officer Team - Tarthys/Nolaris, Maarken/Taylon, Quess
The Community Team is focused on recruitment, inducting new members into the guild and its culture, mediating disputes among members and other officers, and doing their best to squish any drama before it becomes pervasive. If you have any issues with anyone in the guild, this is the team you go to.
Logistics Sphere
Leading Consul - Terreo
Officer Team - Ciliz/Tonatiuh
The Logistics Team is focused on managing the guildbank, including bank policies, and access levels. They also work to organize guild crafters, as well as Class Leads. The Logistics Team will find themselves supporting the other Officer Teams. When Events need prizes, they will lean on Logistics to help make it happen. When Content needs a batch of raid flasks, they will turn to the Logistics team.
Content Sphere
Leading Consul - Feylan/Mogari
Officer Team - Rhevahn, Diazmok, Brutalus
The Content Team will manage the majority of the guild's weekly standardized schedule. They will decide what raids we run and when, as well as who is leading the raid. Looting policies, raid composition, and raid rotation are all their sphere of concern. PVP is included in this umbrella. This team will work on helping new PVP'ers with roles in guild arena teams, pointers, advice, as well as helping to sponsor guild PVP in the form of Arenas, Battlegrounds, etc.
Events and Roleplay Sphere
Leading Consul - Kysara
Officer Team - Lyear, Ulian
Monday Nights are Roleplay or Special Event Nights. This team will compose, manage, and evolve the guild lore. They will help people new to RP get their feet wet, as well as ensure that any plots introduced into guild RP Events are kosher with the guild lore and feel. RP etiquette is also their domain to enforce. All guild special events, from contests and the fun and silly events we do to world PVP raids, will fall under their purview. They will work with the Logistics Team for event prizes, and the PVP leads in the Content Sphere on World PVP Raids.
