RP THEME

• We are a Military Guild
• The Guild is made up of multiple Orders
• Each Order has their own unique culture and reason for being part of the greater whole that is AT
• There is a chain of command within the Orders and within the Guild proper that is expected to be followed.

So long as members and potential applicant's understand this is how we 'role' and can work their character into our guild, they will be a welcome addition.

RP ORDERS
Aeturnas Trinitas is made up of multiple Orders, none having any real power over the other. Each has their own strengths, weaknesses, and reasons to belonging to the greater whole of the guild.

The Imperator's Office is not a true order, but a unique group consisting of the head rulers of the guild. There are also special ranks that serve the office, but these are rare and often temporary positions created to help bridge the gap to one of the four main orders.

• WEEKLY PLOT POSTS & FICS
This section of the forums is home to our gossip threads and fics. Gossip threads are open to all, often made up of short 'rumor-like' posts about their characters activities. This, moreso than anything else, is how others will know what your characters have been up to.

• PLOT HOOKS
This thread lists all open plot hooks. What is a plot hook? Think of it like a wanted/classified ad. An Order wants to fill an officer position, characters want to hire investigator's or mercenaries, official calls for action by the Imperator, anything and everything can be found here.

• SPOTLIGHT CHARACTER
This is a tool we will be using to help further and enhance RP. Each month we will be choosing a character from different orders for the Spotlight. This character/player is an active Rolplayer (in-game, story writer, or both) who is friendly, inclusive and overall an shining example of the Roleplayers we have in Aeturnas Trinitas.

• CHARACTER BIOS
The forums allow for the creation of character bios, including name, class, race, Order and a full open area to be customized however you see fit. Many use this area for a in-depth character bio such as history and personality traits. Filling these out allow others to read and get to know more about your character they may never find out otherwise. It is also what we link to if your character becomes the spotlight. Finally, when signing up for events on the forums you need to do so using a character, not your posting name. Click the above link to learn how to add your character. - THIS IS REQUIRED

• /JOIN ATRP
This is an in-game OOC channel we use to organize/chat RP. As a whole, the guild seems to prefer face to face RP over channel RP. This channel is used to help organize those meetings or generally chat about RP and current stories/plots going on. Much like anything in RP, the life of this channel relies on everyone's involvement.

RP EVENTS
Monday / Wednesday Open RP
Two days a week we have time set aside for those wanting to RP. As the name suggests, this is 'Open' RP, meaning there is no event/plot scheduled. It is a time for people to have random RP or set up their own meetings. Participation is voluntary, however the more involved the merrier.

Monday / Wednesday Organized Events
Not every Monday and Wednesday is for unplanned RP. We will often hold events such as Lictor meetings (where the Orders convene for a meeting with the "boss"), Plot events, etc. These will be announced in advance on the forums as well as on the in-game calendar.
