Raid Officers
Mogari, Diazmok, Rhevahn

Schedule
Tuesday & Thursday - 25 Man Raiding
Friday - 10 Man Raiding
Saturday & Sunday - Gear Raids or Special Attempts (e.g. TotC10 Heroic)

Requirements to Raid
- Character Readiness: Raiding is a group effort, but the group can't make up for someone who can't perform their role to the expected level. Raiders are expected to know how to play their class and know how to talent, glyph, gear (+gems/enchants) their character to get the best performance. We have class leads and raid officers available to help with getting a character ready for raiding. In the end raid officers will have the final word on whether a character is able to attend a raid or not due to readiness or performance issues.
- Encounter Awareness: You should be cognizant of what most (if not all) of the fights in each instance requires of your role and what you need to be doing to not cause a wipe. This means reading our tactics, watching a guide, watching videos of the fights, and talking to a raid officer if you have any questions beyond that.

Raid Signups
We use the in-game calendar to set up events for raids. If you do not accept the invite then you are not guaranteed a spot if we have more people than needed. It is up to the raid leader's discretion on who to bring if more people sign up than are needed for the raid.

Rally Times and Arrival
Invites start at 5:45pm ST. Do NOT sit around waiting for a summons. Get to the instance on your own. The guild is not your taxi service. If you want to come to the raid, then when you get your raid invite, drop what your doing and head there immediately. We pull at 6:15pm ST, be ready!

Roster Composition and Rotation
The Raid Leaders reserve the right to be selective, when they can, on who comes in the raid. This will be solely based on what the raid needs to succeed. If you are left out of a raid cycle on one week, we will make extra effort to bring you in on the other. You are to be expected to know your role, and meet minimum requirements for the raid we are performing.

Raid Leadership
There will be ONE Raid Leader. They will make the calls on strategy, tactics, roles, and everything else for the raid. They may assign specific assist functions to other members. Their tactics and strategies are not to be debated, questioned, or discussed unless they specifically solicit input.

Ventrilo Discipline
When you see a Ready Check pop up, that's your cue to pipe down, pay attention, and get ready to pull. All Ventrilo chatter stops at the ready check, and you go into listen mode. During fights, even trash pulls, do not talk in vent unless you have a role assigned by the Raid Leader.

Tanks and Healers need to call out if they die. We don't want DPS telling us they died in vent.

Requests for actions in a fight are fine. They should be short and sweet, and always say your character name. Example:
- "Rejuvenate on Sarafias Please"
- "Blessing of Protection on Quess Please"

Looting Policy
We have adopted a Suicide Kings loot system for our 25 man raids, specifically using the KonferSK addon to assist with managing the ladder lists and loot distribution. The addon is NOT required, but gives a graphical overview which may help things make more sense. You can get it here: http://kahluamod.com/ksk/

Suicide Kings is a loot-ladder system. At the start of the system everyone was inserted into the ladder (our lists) in random order. Any new people that come into our raids later will be added to the bottom of the list.

When there's loot to be distributed, it works like this:
- The master looter will open an item for bids on a specific list, which will appear in raid warning with the item linked.
- If someone needs the item, they can whisper 'bid' to the master looter, or click the Bid button on the KSK addon.
- Of the bids received, whoever has the highest position in the list (the King) wins and receives the item.
- The person who received the item then drops to the bottom of the list (Suicides) and everyone else present at the raid moves up one spot. Anyone not present at the raid who is in the list stays static, their position doesn't change.
- If nobody bids for the item, then it will be opened up for off-spec via an open roll. (Note that there is oversight to prevent avoiding bidding on an item that would be used main spec in order to keep your list position)

We have 2 lists: Main and Trophy & Tokens. The Trophy & Tokens list is used for the following:
- Trophy of the Crusade
- Tier Piece Tokens

All other items will be bid on via the Main list. Certain things (e.g. bag from Onyxia, gems from Onyxia) that aren't really main spec loot type items will just be handled with an open roll.

10 Man Raids will simply use /roll for main spec, /roll 101-200 for off spec.
